Colorado State University’s online learning system is called "RamCT" (Ram Course Technology).

CSU will transition its online learning management system from RamCT to Canvas during 2015. In the spring and summer semesters, instructors can choose to use either RamCT or Canvas. If you do not see your spring course in RamCT, then log in to Canvas.
Note: Not all instructors use CSU's online learning management systems; some courses will not be in either system.

In some web browsers, a button we placed in all spring 2015 RamCT courses called "No Content? Try Canvas" may show the "Content outside of Blackboard" error. Follow these instructions to correct this issue.

Oracle released a new version of Java in late fall 2014.
Windows PC instructors having problems uploading multiple files to the Files area of your course should add RamCT to your Java security exceptions.
Mac instructors and students may need to add these exceptions to use the Chat / Collaboration tool.

Microsoft has begun pushing out Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) to Windows users. We have had a number of reports of concerns between IE 11 and RamCT. (RamCT freezing, getting kicked out of RamCT). At this time, if you experience a concern with IE 11, we recommend that users try a different web browser such as Firefox or Chrome.

Officially, Internet Explorer, Safari and Chrome are supported for use with RamCT Blackboard. But, if you experience a concern on a PC or Mac with one of these other web browsers, we recommend that you then try Firefox.
