Based on feedback from instructors and students, test taking in RamCT Blackboard works best on a computer with a wired connection to the Internet. Wireless connections have greater potential for disconnection from the Internet, which can impact if answers are saved and whether the test can be submitted. If you experience a test taking concern on a wireless network, we recommend that you use a wired connection.

Officially, Internet Explorer, Safari and Chrome are supported for use with RamCT Blackboard. But, if you experience a concern on a PC or Mac with one of these other web browsers, we recommend that you then try Firefox.
